Contracts for Local Government Training Event

LGRMS will be holding a six-hour contracts class for local governments focused on local government contracting, practice pointers, risk transfer, risk mitigation, indemnity, and technical Compliance. This course will cover all of that ground with clear, easy-to-understand, and practical advice to aid in preparing meaningful agreements, combined with a significant legal element to assist in ensuring all statutory and case law driven elements are included with your agreements. This course is ideal for City or County Managers, Administrators, Elected Officials, Constitutional Officers, city/county attorneys and any one who either develops contracts or oversees contract compliance or contractor activities.

The presenters will be Ken Jarrard and Jeff Strickland, Attorneys with the Law Firm of Jarrard & Davis, LLP.
