2026 Legislative Leadership Conference
Registration for the 2026 Legislative Leadership Conference (LLC) is now open. This year's conference will take place October 7-9 at The Classic Center in Athens-Clarke County. The key purpose of LLC is to help determine the association’s 2027 Policy Priorities, which will guide its focus for the upcoming legislative session. Attend the conference to ensure your county's concerns are considered when voting on these priorities. Additionally, take advantage of the opportunity to explore, in greater depth, topics that affect your county through various conference educational opportunities. A tentative agenda can be accessed here.
A glimpse of the major sessions taking place during LLC is available below. Visit the dedicated conference website for more information.
Attend the Business Session to Approve the 2027 Policy Priorities
Business Session
Thursday, Oct. 8
1:00 p.m.
Ensuring that all counties' voices are heard is a priority of ACCG. The association encourages every county to appoint a voting delegate before attending the LLC. Voting delegates will cast the final vote on behalf of their county for the 2027 Policy Priorities, which will guide the Association’s advocacy efforts before the General Assembly. The business session will take place on Thursday, Oct. 8, at 1:00 p.m. Counties are encouraged to appoint their voting delegate by the deadline to avoid handling it onsite at the conference.
*Note: Information for the voting delegate appointment process will be sent in a separate email to county chairs.
