2027 ACCG Policy Priorities

The ACCG membership recently approved the 2027 Policy Priorities during the Legislative Leadership Conference in Athens-Clarke County. Click here to view the approved list of Policy Priorities. The membership also selected the following as the Top Three Policy Priorities for 2027: Allow Counties to Collect Electric Franchise Fees, Floating Local Option Sales Tax (FLOST) and Local Homestead Option Sales Tax (LHOST) Reform, and Next Gen 9-1-1 Implementation. All Policy Priorities will guide the work of the ACCG Governmental Affairs Team during the 2027 legislative session.
