County Consulting Services
ACCG offers a wide range of consulting and technical services to its member counties. From complex topics such as negotiating service delivery strategy agreements, Local Option and Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax agreements and understanding the relationship between the county governing authority and the county’s constitutional officers, to management issues such as employee performance evaluations, personnel policies, advice on the process to and tips about hiring county managers, and facilitation of strategic and planning retreats for county commissioners and/or management teams, each of ACCG’s County Consulting Services staff is equipped to assist county elected and appointed officials.
