ACCG Insurance Schedule of Benefits

The ACCG – Interlocal Risk Management Agency (ACCG – IRMA) is the Named Insured on two Hartford policies that provide the required benefits:

1) Lump Sum Cancer

2) Long-Term Disability (Income Replacement)

The ACCG – IRMA members are provided coverage under these two policies, and the evidence of that is the customized Schedule of Benefits that has been provided to each member county. (A few of the members have their own Long-Term Disability coverage that meets the requirements of House Bill 146 and do not need to purchase it from the ACCG program.) If another copy of the county’s Schedule of Benefits is needed, please email [email protected].

For questions regarding continuation or conversion of coverage, contact The Hartford at 877.320.0484 or go here for the required forms. When a firefighter no longer provides firefighting services for the county or any other legally organized fire department in Georgia, they have the option to continue or convert the coverages and pay the premium directly to The Hartford.
