ACCG Insurance Property and Liability Policy Management
Access the IRMA Property and Liability Policy Management system to view existing schedules, request mid-term changes, request certificates of coverage and view coverage documents.

Request Schedule Changes
After the renewal application has been submitted, it is not necessary to notify the IRMA Administrator of mid-term changes to schedules unless the item is over $500,000 in value. For items less than $500,000, there is automatic coverage until the next renewal.
All mid-term schedule changes should be made online through the Policy Management system. Under IRMA Schedule Changes, click on “Make Additions, Deletions or Updates”, locate the type of schedule that needs to be changed (vehicles, property, equipment, for example) and select Add, Update or Delete to continue. Complete the forms as much as possible but note that fields with a red asterisk (*) are required.
Upon completion, click Save Changes located at the top right to submit your request. Once saved, your request is automatically submitted to the IRMA Administrator.
Follow the above process to enter additional changes.
The status of the changes can be found by clicking “View All Submitted Changes”. If desired, open the “Item Changed” and print for your records. The change will show “Pending” until it has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, it will show “Bound” and will then show up in IRMA Coverage Schedules – View Only (noted below). Invoices for mid-term changes (if any) will be sent on a monthly basis.
Current property, equipment, vehicles and other covered assets may be accessed by clicking on the schedule type under IRMA Coverage Schedules – View Only. Filters are available to aid in locating particular item(s).
All requests for certificates of coverage should be made electronically through the Policy Management system. Under New IRMA Certificate, click on “Request IRMA Certificate” to provide the information needed by the IRMA Administrator. If you have questions about a specific certificate request or have additional documentation (a contract, for example), call or email the IRMA Administrator.
