ACCG Insurance Firefighters' Cancer Benefit Program
ACCG - IRMA is an association formed by Georgia counties for the development and administration of risk management programs and one or more group funds. One fund provides coverage for property, automobile, general liability, law enforcement liability, public officials liability, cyber, crime and boiler and machinery exposures. Another fund provides firefighters’ cancer benefit coverage as required by House Bill 146. ACCG - IRMA is owned by its members and managed by a Board of Trustees appointed from participating counties. Because county governments operate different types of agencies from the private sector – such as law enforcement, jails, firefighters and roads – their exposures are unique and require specialized coverage.
